Each office below is defined in the party constitution. Address your letter to the office, not a name, and it survives a change of officials.
The party spokesperson and accounting officer. Write here for records inspection, the membership register, resignations, and any official correspondence.
Branches and county reporting, public meetings, workshops and recruitment drives.
Finances, receipts, subscriptions and audited accounts.
Party primaries, nominations and nomination certificates.
Any dispute that is not an electoral dispute. Complaints must be lodged in writing within fourteen days.
Legal questions about the constitution, rules or the Political Parties Act.
Diaspora branches and partnerships outside Kenya.
