The Peoples Party of Kenya (PPK) holds the Constitution of Kenya as the supreme law of the land and the foundation upon which all governance, justice, and development must stand. We are committed to not only respecting the Constitution in principle but ensuring its full implementation and protection in practice�across all institutions, leadership structures, and citizen engagements.

1. Fast-Tracking Full Implementation

PPK will lead efforts to accelerate the full implementation of all constitutional provisions, including those related to:

Devolution
Public participation
Human rights and freedoms
Social and economic justice
This will be done through continuous legislative advocacy, public education, and political pressure to hold institutions accountable.

2. Defending the Constitution as Supreme Law

PPK will uphold the Constitution as the final authority in all legal, political, and administrative matters by:

Ensuring all party members and elected leaders abide by its principles.
Opposing attempts to undermine or manipulate constitutional processes for personal or political gain.
Defending constitutional offices and independent institutions from external interference.

3. Constitutional Awareness and Civic Education

In line with our belief in participatory democracy, PPK will:

Promote nationwide civic education on constitutional rights, responsibilities, and mechanisms for redress.
Empower citizens at the grassroots to use the Constitution as a tool for demanding accountability and justice.
